SUBCHAPTER B. CREATION OR EXPANSION OF DISTRICT; CONVERSION OF DISTRICT

After a district has been organized, each temporary director shall execute a bond in accordance with the provisions of Section 49.055 and shall take the oath of office, and the board shall meet and organize.
