Chapter 250. Rules, Regulations and Forms Relating to Restrictions on the Purchase and Sale of Equity Securities of Domestic Stock Insurance Companies

Any person that fails to file information documents or reports required to be filed under § 38.2-214 of the Code of Virginia, or any rule or regulation adopted thereunder, shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in § 38.2-218 of the Code of Virginia.
