14VAC5-260-10: Applicability

This chapter sets forth rules and procedural requirements which the commission deems necessary to carry out the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 (§ 38.2-1322 et seq. and § 38.2-1335 et seq.) of Chapter 13 of Title 38.2 ("the Act") of the Code of Virginia, concerning insurance holding companies and subsidiaries of insurance companies. The information called for by this chapter is necessary and appropriate for the protection of the policyholders in this Commonwealth.
