Part VI. Time-Share Program Post-Registration Provisions

Any other change made or known by the developer that may affect the accuracy or completeness of the time-share program registration file shall be reported promptly to the board. Such change may include the name of the developer, name of the time-share program, or any other changes in information submitted in accordance with § 55.1-2239 of the Code of Virginia. The board may request additional information as necessary to ensure compliance with the Virginia Real Estate Time-Share Act and this chapter.
