All persons hired by the Authority whose job duties involve access to or handling of the Authority's funds or merchandise shall be subject to a criminal history records check before, and as a condition of, employment.The Board shall develop policies regarding the employment of persons who have been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude.The Department of State Police shall be reimbursed by the Authority for the cost of investigations conducted pursuant to this section.1994, c. 34; 2015, cc. 38, 730; 2017, cc. 698, 707.
