RCW 43.31.645: Sustainable aviation fuel account.

The sustainable aviation fuel account is created in the state treasury. The account shall consist of concession fees collected and deposited into the account pursuant to RCW 19.430.020. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Moneys in the account may be expended by the department for activities supporting research development, environmental review, and infrastructure to support the production of sustainable aviation fuel.
