RCW 43.31.648: Sustainable aviation fuel airport infrastructure account.

The sustainable aviation fuel airport infrastructure account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from RCW 82.42.090(2) must be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only for activities at airports that support sustainable aviation fuel infrastructure improvement projects and sustainable aviation fuel infrastructure preservation projects.
