RCW 49.96.090: Collection of penalties. (Effective July 1, 2027.)

Where this section sits in the code

(1) Collections of unpaid citations and penalties administered under this chapter must be handled pursuant to the procedures in RCW 49.48.086.

(2) The department shall deposit civil penalties paid under this chapter into the supplemental pension fund established in RCW 51.44.033.
