RCW 49.96.100: Private right of action. (Effective July 1, 2027.)

A domestic worker injured by a violation of this chapter may bring a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover the actual damages sustained by the worker, plus reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
