- Subpart YYYY—National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Stationary Combustion Turbines
As stated in § 63.6100, you must comply with the following emission limitations.
For each new or reconstructed stationary combustion turbine described in § 63.6100 which is . . . You must meet the following emission limitations . . .
1. a lean premix gas-fired stationary combustion turbine as defined in this subpart, 2. a lean premix oil-fired stationary combustion turbine as defined in this subpart, 3. a diffusion flame gas-fired stationary combustion turbine as defined in this subpart, or 4. a diffusion flame oil-fired stationary combustion turbine as defined in this subpart. limit the concentration of formaldehyde to 91 ppbvd or less at 15-percent O2, except during turbine startup. The period of time for turbine startup is subject to the limits specified in the definition of startup in § 63.6175.
