Mich. Comp. Laws § 333.17750: Person who distributes complimentary starter doses to prescribers; records; access by board; “complimentary starter dose” defined.

Sec. 17750.

A person who distributes complimentary starter doses to prescribers shall maintain records that include at least all of the following information:

The name and address of the manufacturer distributing the complimentary starter doses.

The name and address of each prescriber to whom complimentary starter doses were distributed.

The type and amount of complimentary starter doses distributed to each prescriber.

Upon request of the board, a person who distributes complimentary starter doses to prescribers shall provide the board access to the records required under subsection (1).

As used in this section, "complimentary starter dose" means that term as defined in section 17745(1).
