N.Y. Volunteer Firefighters' Benefit Law § 57: Miscellaneous provisions

§ 57. Miscellaneous provisions. The provisions of article seven of the

workmen's compensation law which are not inconsistent with the

provisions of this chapter shall be applicable as if fully set forth

herein. The reference to sections twenty-five-a and fifty of the

workmen's compensation law in section one hundred twenty-three of the

workmen's compensation law shall be deemed to refer to sections

fifty-one and thirty of this chapter.
