A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to rebates on energy bills and tax credits in certain instances

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

§ 7. This local law shall take effect on the same day as a chapter of the laws of nineteen hundred eighty-five amending the general city law, the tax law and chapter seven hundred seventy-two of the laws of nineteen hundred sixty-six, in relation to authorizing any city with a population of one million or more to provide for rebates on energy bills and tax credits in certain instances, as proposed in legislative bill number S.6380, and shall apply to charges for energy incurred on and after September first, nineteen hundred eighty-five.
