A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to an exemption from real property taxation for certain water-works corporations

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

§ 2. This local law shall take effect upon the effective date of a state law authorizing such exemption and shall be applicable to assessment rolls prepared in connection with fiscal years commencing on or after July first, nineteen hundred eighty-five.
