SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS

(a) The district may issue refunding bonds to refund all or part of its outstanding bonds issued under this chapter, including matured but unpaid interest and obligations incurred under a credit agreement.

(b) Refunding bonds may be issued in the manner provided by Chapter 1207, Government Code.
