CHAPTER 9601. RIVERBEND WATER RESOURCES DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS

The proceedings authorizing the issuance of any bonds authorized under this chapter, including refunding bonds, the execution of a trust indenture securing the bonds, and the execution of a credit agreement, may provide other remedies and covenants the board considers necessary to issue the bonds on terms the board determines to be most favorable to the district.
